Most Americans are employed in some form of trade craft, many of which can aid in the prevention of war. Technical professionals are civilians, though many civilians have had prior military experience, in the great war, or other capacities, however the background of technically skilled professionals is extremely varied.

There is no one set of attributes that will be required by skilled technical people, rather they will vary widely based on the type of technical activity they are engaged in.

Technical professions do not typically have strong combat oriented abilities, though it is possible that technical people may have had a background or other experience which has exposed them to some skill in combat and the use of weapons.

Technical gains +1 Crit, Success, Fumble, +3 damage and Crit Damage with Break Action Shotguns. +1 success Break Top Revolvers.
